Yoga Classes
Horizontal Grey Line

Here are the details of yoga class times venues and locations here in North Lincolnshire.
I am available for one to one lessons and work based lunch or after work classes

I have practised yoga for thirty-three years and have been teaching here in North Lincolnshire for the past twenty years.
During which time I have acquired a Yoga Alliance Professionals Senior Yoga Teacher (SYT) recognition with well over 13000 hours of teaching experience including employment by Doncaster Rovers FC  to work with their First Team and Academy.

I deliver classes for the Scunthorpe Branch of Parkinson's UK and have worked for the Carers Support Centre with chair based exercise

I am available for one to one or couples teaching in your home.

Yoga classes in your work place, perhaps lunch time or after work. Please get in touch.

Every yoga teacher is different and will  teach in their own way. For me, the well-being of the people I am  teaching is what is most important. I hope that the content of these pages and my teaching will help you to understand and manage yourself and your life.
